Where is the studio?

The studio is set within Inchbrook Mills, on Gydynap Lane.

Finding Gydynap Lane:
You can access Gydynap Lane from Bath Road, before Renishaw, on the left, if coming from Stroud, or after Renishaw, on the right, if coming from Nailsworth.

Gydynap Lane can also be accessed from Culver Hill.   There is access through Theescombe (the left turning after the Amberley Inn) and this is what navigation apps recommend - however this is a very narrow and bumpy road, so our recommendation is to stay on Culver Hill until the bottom where you can turn left onto Bath Road to join us from the bottom of Gydynap Lane instead.

Look for Gydynap Garage or the Clay Loft, as we are set above both of those.

Finding the studio:
Inchbrook Mills is directly opposite Polly's nursery. You will see our sign on the left on the wall as you turn in.   On the right inside that car park are a set of metal steps, head up those steps to the courtyard. The studio is within the fifth door on the right, and up the stairs.

Where should I park?

There are a number of places where you can park.

Gydynap Lane:
As you turn onto Gydynap Lane from Bath Road, there is usually some space on the lay by parallel to the main road, and on the left as you continue up Gydynap Lane towards Inchbrook Mills.

Inchbrook Mills:
The entrance to Inchbrook Mills is opposite Polly's Nursery on Gydynap Lane.   You can park in the two spaces to the left as you enter, or outside of normal working hours there may be space in the other bays on the left.   Please note that the spaces marked "Clay Loft" are for Clay Loft members only.

Behind Inchbrook Mills:
Between Inchbrook Mills and the large barrier-ed car park there is a slip road leading to some houses and the access to the cycle path.  There is often space to park on the left on this lane.

Inchbrook Trading Estate:
The car park has a one way system, with the entrance on Bath Road, and the exit on Gydynap Lane.   If travelling from Stroud, the entrance is the turning before Gydynap Lane, just after Merrett's Mill.   If travelling from Nailsworth, it is the turning just after Gydynap Lane (after the wine shop & the bakers).

When turning in, the barrier will lift. Drive to the back and turn right, you'll pass under a tunnel and arrive within view of the studio. There is availability in the unmarked bays in this section, on the left after the tunnel, and on the left before the exit barrier.     To exit, drive up to the barrier on Gydynap Lane and it will lift.

What is your cancellation policy for classes?

Accepted Answer

Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be recredited to your account. Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time will not be recredited. We lock the door at the start of class, so if you are late you won’t be able to join, and this will be treated as a late cancel.

Question 4

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

For all classes, you should wear something you feel comfortable moving in, that won't restrict your movement.

For Reformer Pilates:
You will need to wear sticky/grippy socks and tie your hair up.  We provide all new members with one complimentary pair of socks, and more can be purchased if needed.

For Aerial Yoga & Floating Sound Baths:
Please don't wear any jewellery or zips as it can snag the fabric.

Can I still come if I have injuries or a health condition?

Provided your doctor has confirmed that it is safe for you, then you are more than welcome. We do ask that you provide information about your health upon booking, and that you arrive early enough to discuss your health with your teacher.

Can I still come if I am pregnant?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can still attend some of our yoga and Reformer Pilates classes, although you'll need to attend classes run by teachers who are able to offer pre-natal modifications for you.

How does the credit system work?

We run a credits system so you can mix and match what you use your membership for:
 • one credit: yoga 
 • two credits: aerial yoga, reformer pilates or events (eg. sound baths)
 • four credits: 45 min massage or one-to-one session

Question 8

What happens if I join the waitlist for a class?

Accepted Answer

We operate a fastest fingers first policy on our waitlists. This means that when a space comes up, everyone on the waitlist will receive a notification, and the first person to respond will be booked into the class.

This means you are able to jump onto the waitlist for several classes to hedge your bets, without the worry that you'll be charged for all of the classes if a spot comes up.

How do I manage my bookings?

Question 10

How do I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Freedom: you can either cancel your membership within the app, or you can email us to cancel your membership - although you'll need to give us 14 days notice to stop the next payment coming out.

Monthly: you can email us to cancel your membership - although you'll need to give us 14 days notice to stop the next payment coming out.  If you are within your minimum term, there will be an early cancellation fee to be paid - equivalent to the price of your membership if you were to have chosen the freedom payment option when you signed up.
