RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH MASSAGE & SOUND BATH

A blissful evening, dedicated to nourishing you as a whole. Move through relaxing, restorative yoga poses, and receive massage and reiki as you do so. Finishing with a soothing sound bath, with sounds and vibrations reaching you while you snuggle up with blankets and bolsters.

Join Matilda for a fun, full-body 90min workout within an imitate group - allowing us to get to know your body and guide you through how to activate it using your Reformer in a space suitable for complete beginners!

YOGA BASICS
10.00am - Sunday 2nd April
Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis, Tash will guide you back to the basics of breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and postures (asana). This workshop will help you feel more confidence with your practice, along with helping you deepen your knowledge of yoga, on and off the mat.

PREGNANCY YOGA SERIES
6.15pm - Monday 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th April
Oli will lead a slow and nourishing practice with the intention to provide you with a sense of comfort and joy, no matter what physical or emotional challenges you may face on your journey towards parenthood. Each session will include gentle movements, breathwork practices, a restful guided relaxation and community sharing circle. Oli holds a safe space for you to re-connect to your own intuition and to connect with your baby. Please note that this practice is gentle and is suitable from 12 weeks up until birth. Both beginners and seasoned Yogis are welcomed, and no prior Yoga experience is required.

FAMILY YOGA & CRAFT

Join Tash for this Spring-themed family friendly yoga session, ages 2+. Come to explore your mats with fun for all the family: yoga poses, partner work, stories, games, a relaxation together! Together, we'll end the session with a fun, mindful craft for all to take home. Book a spot for each grown up, kids go free!

ACROYOGA WITH DUKESANDSAVAGE
2.00pm - Saturday 15th April
The level of this class is: ’student led’ aka all levels; designed for focussing on foundations, working at your level always with variations/adaptions. This class serves as a great introduction to Acroyoga as well as a supportive (geeky) training space for intermediates to elevate their understanding and unlock next level skills. It’s freeing. Liberating. Exciting. Even scary at times but...that’s why it’s fun.
Students will be taken through a fun animalistic warm up, partner exercises, introductions to static poses, core stability, inversions, and combining poses into sequences of both L-basing and Standing acro. No partner necessary.

A class for parents and babies to enjoy together, where baby tries yoga for the first time with you! We'll focus on movement that feels good, strengthens key areas and end with meditative relaxation for everyone. Six sessions over six weeks - starting 19th April and finishing 24th May. From 10 weeks to crawlers. One ticket per adult, children go free. Suitable for all levels!
