Aerial Day Retreat
We will enjoy an extended aerial yoga class, before pausing for some tea and cake. We'll come back for a restorative aerial yoga session leading into a floating sound bath.

Self Care Day Retreat
A luxury day of rest and recuperation. Includes a slow flow yoga class, a massage, a manicure or pedicure, time in our hot tub, a gift bag which includes a DIY facial kit, a restorative yoga class, a floating sound bath. You'll also be served with breakfast and lunch!
